Project Overview

BlueMarkae is a Dubai-based real estate company offering a modern, scalable platform for listing and managing properties. The system supports all property types — including off-plan projects, rentalsand resale units — each fully dynamic and manageable from the admin dashboard. The off-plan section features project-specific themes based on developers. Built with Next.js, Tailwind CSS, Supabaseand Framer Motion, the platform enables real-time updates, secure authenticationand responsive performance across devices.

The Challenge

Designing a flexible system to support three distinct property types with developer-specific styling for off-plan projects. Ensuring non-technical staff could manage listings, mediaand inquiries through a secure dashboard.

The Solution

Created a modular architecture allowing rentals, salesand off-plan projects to be added and updated dynamically. Off-plan listings include unique branding themes for each developer. The dashboard enables admin control over properties, amenities, developersand inquiry management. Supabase handles auth, media, and database with RLS. The frontend is responsive and includes filters for quick search by location, typeand budget.

Results

Live and fully operational. Admins can easily add, updateor remove any property type without developer intervention. Customers are engaging with off-plan projects styled to match developer branding. The site has significantly improved property visibility and management efficiency.
